Annual Fees

Annual fees are due every year in January.

Fees are $80 for all streets except Mount Lebanon Road, which are $62.

Payments can be made using either of the following methods:

• Check made payable to Edenridge 3 Homeowners Association

  • Mail or hand deliver to Ken Takvorian, 732 Westcliff Road, Wilmington, DE 19803

• PayPal, as follows:

  • Log into your PayPal account

  • Select “Money” from the top navigation bar

  • Select “Send or Request Money” from the left navigation bar

  • Enter the destination: Edenridge3CA@gmail.com

  • Select "Sending Money to a Friend”

  • Enter the amount of $80 (or $62) at the top, then select Submit at the bottom

  • When prompted for the source of the funds, select either PayPal balance or from your bank account (credit card is also an option but if you select it, you must add $3 to the total amount you are paying, to cover the fee)

  • Select “Send Payment Now”
