Our annual meeting of homeowners will be held Weds, November 13, 2024 at the JCC at 7pm. Please join us for important information and to visit with your neighbors!
2025 Civic Association Fees are Due

Neighborhood Speed Limit
Just a reminder that the speed limit in the neighborhood is 25 mph. Please adhere to this speed limit, for the safety of our neighbors.
Also, when entering one of the traffic circles, you must yield to any cars already within the circle and always go around the circle in a counter-clockwise direction.

E3 Annual Meeting and Board Elections
Please join us for the Edenridge 3 annual meeting on Wednesday, 11/15 at 7pm at the JCC on Garden of Eden Road. There will be important neighborhood updates and the election for the 2018 board. We look forward to seeing you all there, and to meeting our new neighbors!
Outside work
Please be considerate of your neighbors and complete any loud/noisy outside yard work or construction at reasonable hours, after 8am on weekends This includes avoiding lawn/tree work on holidays when others may appreciate a more quiet celebration. Thank you.

A reminder for those who face the Brandywine Creek State Park that we are not allowed to dump yard waste in the park. If you have a lawn care service, please notify them as well.
Annual Block Party - September 12, 4-8pm in the Tavistock Circle
All Tavistock and Edenridge III residents are invited to attend the annual block party, rain or shine. It is very important that you RSVP if you plan to attend, by using the link below. Last year we ran out of food because many responded on the same day, which didn't allow time to order more food.
Please RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than September 5.
