In order to maintain the beauty and desirability of our neighborhood, Woodlawn Trustees developed deed restrictions for properties within Edenridge 3.  The Edenridge 3 Homeowners’ Association Board maintains authority to administer and ensure compliance with the guidelines set forth in the deed restrictions.  (Please see the Declaration of Restrictions booklet for complete information.)

Pursuant to item #4 in the deed restrictions, any addition, deck, patio, wall, fence, swimming pool, porch, privacy screen, or structure to be erected on a property requires prior review and approval by the Edenridge 3 Board, and the Board has the right to refuse any such plans or specifications which in its opinion are not suitable or desirable. All requests should be submitted to Ruth Norman  or by email to Edenridge3Board@gmail.com, using the Guidelines and Application for Home Additions or Modifications (see link below). If there are questions as to whether a change requires Board approval, please check in advance.  Homeowners should not sign any contracts nor begin any work without explicit prior approval from the Board.  Please allow at least two weeks for review and decision.

Please also remember to check for any New Castle County Laws and Codes that may be applicable to your project.
